Yes, most of our models feature independent controls, allowing you to enjoy the ambiance of the dancing flames year-round without activating the heating element.
How much does it cost to operate an electric fireplace?
On average, running the flame effect costs about 1 to 3 cents per hour. When the heater is on, the cost typically ranges from 7 to 15 cents per hour depending on your local electricity rates.
What is your shipping policy for large mantel units?
We offer free curbside delivery on all large units within the contiguous U.S. These items are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.
Are electric fireplaces safe to use around children and pets?
Absolutely. The glass remains cool to the touch on almost all models because the heat is dispersed through a separate fan-forced heater, making them much safer than wood or gas fireplaces.
What is your return policy if the unit doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the unit is in its original packaging and hasn't been installed, you can return it for a refund, though return shipping fees may apply.
